Gash: It's so tempting to want a dew portfolio because it maximizes optionality, or so you think. Rig oftentimes when we struggle to decide, we say, we ill just do everything. But sometimes maximizing optionality in the short term is the very thing that minimizes optionability in the long term. Sometimes lazor focus on something in the short-term is what produces ten different options for your life. And i often find younger people, who are running versions of a portfolio, they do so not out of great strategic insight, but more an inability, or an unwillingness, to make a hard decision.
