What's the Difference Between Latency and Temporal Dispersion?

When we have things where the speed is abnormally slow or the latency is abnormally long, that's a good indicator that there is demilination happening. As you lose axons in a nerve bundle, you start to lose signal amplitude. A loss of amplitude in a nerve signals an axnal process. And for the basic that's actually probably the most important thing to remember, is that speed is a measure of mile and integrity.
