When you start sizing people up, it's really about helping those people grow. And so as you do that, you can see how you can get an idea of where they stand on those six perameters in the framework. Then you can work that on yourself so that you can become a bit more predictable. So everybody ends up being happier. Everyone seems to have less conflict as you do this. Marefax: I've always thought life was about convincing people to do things. And you can't ecause convincing its about me and what i'm trying to do. That's where inspiration comes from.
