The Importance of the Fundamentals

The second you think you are out of options, remember this image. There are multiple things you can do at all times. Keep honing in what only you can uniquely do, okay? It's a game changer. If you want a house of excellence, you are going to build it on a foundation of the fundamentals. I was recently talking with a former teammate of mine who just finished being a Navy SEAL and he told this amazing story about one of his SEALs commanders. This guy was on SEAL Team Six, which is the most elite unit on the Navy SEALs.
