The Ineffable Love That Drugs Could Never Capture
Ella: Is there something ineffable about love that drugs could never capture? Anders: It's a bit like singing. Singing is not about air, but it's very hard to do singing without air. In order to feel love, you need a brain sending glutamate and neurotransmitters back and forth. By nudging the chemicals, we can affect the foundations of that platform on which we build this beautiful thing from fumes of size.
