I Believe Most Teams Are Overled and Undermanaged

I think you have written something i think is so er incisive, and i want o sort of dive into this idea with you for a moment. You believe most teams are overled but undermanaged. Tell me a bit more about that idea. Yes, i i do believe that most Teams are overlednd unmanaged. And i think that it is because of the literature that separates out leadership and management. There are too many people who feel like what i do is strategy, and then i'll delegate it to a bunch of people, and they'll justex on that vision, and, you know, it'll work. It doesn't work,. I personally call that play acting leadership
