The Impact of Technology on Self Esteem

There's this thing that I felt when I was growing up in computers, which was this low self esteem of not having access to one until later. So we make a conscious effort to make sure we have good quality hardware on campus and to try and have the network and all of that be really good. And just from a cultural perspective, it's more about collaboration and peer-to-peer learning than about absolute competition. But also you're going to make it all better by being a part of it.
