Adrienne Maybridge Benjamin will discuss the topic of how to maintain team culture whilst working remotely. We'll work our way around the room to pose your questions and you'll each have an opportunity to give your fantastic insight. The question, or the first one that you're putting to everyone is back to the office movement. What is the value that they can get from working from the same location? And how do we make it more attractive and effective to work together? Also, keep it flexible. There are some benefits for ourselves as employees but there are also some drawbacks and I would like to hear not so good parts.
