Is There Innocence in Slavery?

There is no one out there that lives in a state of total innocence like Adam and Eve under the grace of God before taking a bite from the apple. We are all fallen and implicated in modern society. The only way to be restored to innocence is to commit what Kemu calls philosophical suicide. To fall out of grace would be to fall into a life of responsibility for ourselves.
