How to Grow Twitter

Substack has been an amazing tool for creators to make money there. Twitter could have absolutely done something like this and they seem to have completely blown the opportunity. I think if you really want to grow Twitter, you want to kind of encourage people who are heavy users of Twitter using your product for other things.
