The Language of Neutrality in Liberal Political Thought
Within political theory, the question is liberalism neutral? Was a major question in the 1970s and early 1980s. I think that there's been an upsurge of interested in the last couple of years. The liberatory critic of neutrality will tend to be a rationalist liberal. You could also be a neutralist liberal on either side.
