The Shipping Man by John Fetrickson

As long as there are humans driving action industries like shipping you're going to see that vacillation in fact there's a really good book called the shipping man. The front line one of the companies i invested in is run by a guy named john fetrickson an ovation guy he has a character in the book who i think is a clone of fetrickson which is why i found the book funny. ship owners will never learn the property developers will never learn humans and our genetic makeup isn't going to change in five years or 10 years or 50 years we've oscillate between fear and greed.
