The Importance of Talent in Music

I'm talking about real talent and the talent will bring you somewhere. What kind of pianist player ever got anywhere without a teacher? It's true in pop music. Kurt Cobain would be on top of the pyramid at least for a while. And then he had the talent and the drive and the thing it's like it was painful but it was effortlessness for him to be on top. I believe that either you have a talent to go somewhere and you will go anyhow or you will never go with a teacher without it.
