CNN's Jarrett Bellini talks to the chef about how he became a restaurant owner. He says his father encouraged him to go to culinary school instead of being an English literature major. "I mortgaged everything that I had, all my life's everything" into restaurants in 2007 when economy tanked. In first year of co-ownership,Bellini helped grow business by almost 40 percent and was nominated as best up and coming chef.
