The Importance of BCAA Supplements

A lot of people waste money on BCAA's. They think it's going to have the magic effect, but they don't need them. If you're having a potentially like an on a vegan diet and you've got a plant-based protein that maybe doesn't have an optimal amount of bright chain amino acids in, then yes, potentially you might want to add a bit of that in. But the majority of the time it's not needed. So that would be the one for me.
