The Chief Justice Isn't Always on Board With the Other Five Conservatives on the Court, and He's Leading the Charge

The chief justice is leading the charge because in many of his decisions, he believes that considering race at all in any way runs foul of the equal protection clause. As i said in my column, he is mistaken. There there is not equal opportunity to education yet. None of those things, trust me, i know. I've plenty of experience of being the only black student in a class room and so do lot of students to day. The only thing that is changed is the make up of this court.
