What Is Ancestral Eating?

Ancestral eating is a diet that's based on the eating habits of our ancient forbears. It excludes processed foods like refined sugar, processed vegetable oils and low fat or fat free products. With ancestral eating, you are allowed to eat almost anything else provided it is locally sourced and in season. And so for example, if you lived near a field of goats, but not cows or sheep, then you could drink goat's milk as long as it was unpasturized.
