What Bodywork Can Do for Anxiety?

Bodywork, especially around anxiety is going to be really, really helpful because I think seeking self awareness is probably seeking control. For me, I would go from the lens of what is the function of self awareness,. What need is trying to be met, what are you trying to do? Likely feel seeking a sense of control or seeking more information about something. Likely this has been a behavior exhibited before. We have some reflective questions in showing notes for anyone that does just want to have self-reflection. And this is a good journaling prompt as well.
