How to Keep Track of Your Workouts

I like that, you know, you have this written record in your iPhone notes. And for me, I'm old school, really old school. So if it's day for training A, I'll just copy and paste my A note from last week and be referencing that as I go through this week's workout. You can't move those things towards, towards anything if you don't know where you were last time and where you're going. It's great to have a plan because it makes your day more effective.
