Kale: As a founder, again, you've maybe never betted a company. You're aware of it and watch all the videos, sn all the pod casts. So i came in with the assumption that defounder was going to know what to ask me,. What to test for, how to measure me riht the revenue. But if i'm hitting revenue targets, but burning the community and our users and our customers,  that would be a big red flag. Kale: The sales leader owns that agenda. And so i think coming with a framework that you own the agenda is really valuable. It's on my mind to keep doing more.
