And this would be a great time to kind of knock out some of those things that really have a lot of meaning to you prepare so you can actually achieve the things that you want to achieve. The five am club which I think I mentioned in then, and it's 20 20 minutes a sweating 20 minutes of meditation or journaling and 20 minutes of learning or planning.
