The Winchester Mystery House

The house was bestowed with state historic landmark status and added to the national registry of historic places in 19 74. Throughout the eighties and nineties, the property was up dated and new tours added. In 20 16, a secret attic was discovered, containing an organ, a dress form and sewing machine, a couch and some paintings. And then, yes, in 20 18, the movie starring helen muron, called winchester debude. For 72 hours, the house was closed to tourists for a jam packed filming schedule. The costumes from the movie are on display at the siht. They were donated to the sight by the film makers.
