Meditation is a daily habit for me, but i don't do it in the eveng. I like to do it in the morning before my kids are awake. My relation to meditation has really changed over the last few years. It's kind of at well, if you had a monkey on your mind, we're not going to suddenly be able to just sit and listen to our own thoughts.
