Nathan: There is a real, real danger of replicating the worst of corporate capitalism when we rely only on economic incentives. We need to rebuild system that relies on shareholder primacy and profit ation. I think it's very much a cultural practice for companies to focus on shareholders above everyone else. And so we have the opportunity to design things that actually connect to our values,. That reflect the kinds of or institutions we want to build.
