How to Acquire a Small Business

I find it pisses me off that people like yourself generally wanting to do this and have found your own niche. It becomes quite a lonely place if you haven't got a partnership, nice to do before or you kind of trying to struggle through by yourself. I've been talking to a friend of mine who's just acquired a warehouse in business with no money in really. So he's done that deal now, he's sitting message me the other day saying it's all gone through. For me, number one benefit really is risk mitigation. Owning multiple businesses in multiple sectors minimizes the risk of something going wrong.
