Can I Use Apex to Do the Tooling API?

You can't do the tooling API from apex. It's a bit more difficult than it used to be because you used to be able to pass sessions around. The job right thing I mentioned earlier, that's something else that I guess they've added. When you queue up a cueable, you can say delay this at least this amount of time. That's really coarse grained. But maybe this would make just, make this less gross to do stuff like that.
