If it comes to climate change i think we probably agree that a carbon tax imposed by the government would be the most efficient thing rather than trying to have the self limitations that don't work very well. There are certain areas where it's very very hard for the government to intervene party because it's a poor uniform arrived late and government rules should be homogeneous so if you have one rule that fits everybody is very hard to have an efficient rule. I do worry that we've we've lost some of our sense of virtue in a society, says author Tariq Nasr.
