The Pandemic - What Happened to Your Organization?

A million workers have left the industry and of those who remain, 54 per cent say theyare leaving. The most miraculous thing has happened to me is that restaurants are now paying 15, 20, 25, 30 dollars an hour plus tips. Suddenly, people are finding it's duable. It's the only way to get workers to come back to work. We were so moved by the generosity of americans who, i think, saw what we had been saying all along,. these workers had nothing to fall back on the next day.
