I think it's inevitable that they're going to have to increase taxes. And I am absolutely convinced the inclusion rate will increase. It could be as soon as the next federal budget, which we don't have a date for yet. We are seeing people right now trying to try to maybe in some cases trigger or realize capital gains at the current rate of 75%. So if all of a sudden that increases by 50%, then it's pretty high.
