I do believe that there's more meat on the bone, the larger the property is. There's better economies of scale. If you have 100 units under one roof compared to 16,. vacancies going to be not as big of a challenge on a bigger property. So I firmly believe in larger properties, but with this smaller space, that really helped us, again, get my feet wet and learn that business.
