A state court in austin intervened and issued a temporary restraining order. The judge basically said that the investigation and the potential ramifications of such a prosecution for the parents, namely, they could be a child abuse list. It falls short of what the families had asked for, which was to stop all the investigations by the state texas. And apparently there are some other families being investigated.
