"I used to get so mad. I never expressed it on the outside, never let a client know," he says. "But at the beginning, working with Ashland Frat, I would always ask like, hey, what's the worst thing that can happen if you're the only person that takes ownership? And there's always be like this one person, like, you're going to get more work."
