Andy, you talked about scheduling into your day and about having focus. How do you build that into your schedule? I mean, for me, i try to carve it around my family too. If i get an hour or two in the morning before everybody wakes up, that's sort of my special relaxation time. And it's also easier to do those sprints when you know that you have adequate time off.
