High and low doesn't necessarily tell you much from a predictive standpoint. It's the change in the debt, the speed of the change rather. When that metric is somewhere close to a two sigma event, typically what happens is you tend to enter a deleveraging cycle on the other side of that. The modal outcome, however, is we should likely continue to slow. And I think that's pretty clearly clear across a lot of economic statistics.
