"I didn't really feel like I fit in really quite anywhere," he says. "Even as a kid, it's very confusing because you feel like an alien and you definitely feel like an outsider." He was one of the poorest kids there but then when he went to school, people thought we were rich. But they just saw it as, you know, two-dimensional It's race,. And then what happened is black kids that I went to school with were kind of mirroring thatbecause now they have all thesethese kids that were there that were aggressive towards them".

Maestro is the Founder of The Iconic Expressions, a brand marketing agency based in Cleveland, Ohio, that helps minority-owned brands connect with their audience utilizing marketing strategy and automation.
He is also the Founder of Iconic eLearning, an online education platform that teaches young minority entrepreneurs what they need to know about branding and marketing to start and scale their businesses.
