Thousands and thousands of people are employed in this hugely expensive and unbelievably complicated project to build the La Vida finder. And there are many Russians who have come from the former Soviet Union who are engineers. This is all happening at the same time. After years and lots of money, including a prototype or two Israel drops it just cuts the program.
