Start with a project that's got an hour plus build and test cycle time associated with it. Then look into which acceleration solutions might be viable for your code base. Can you predictably use a model as opposed to manually determining which tests should be selected per run? Great, can we apply any of these acceleration technologies to the build? The observation, the analytics, that's almost like the first step.
