If you want to control emotion, you need to control awareness because where awareness goes, energy flows. I realize immediately I'm in the angry area of the mind. But what I can do now is at the later time reflect and go, why was that strong enough to take me to that area? What is unresolved within me that caused me to react that way and snap that way?
