You said this about joy, and you said so many other gorgeous things. My rabbi said to me once that pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional. And i thought maybe you could explain a little bit of how that joy is within reach if we know a little bit more about who we actually are. So, i am is before i'mde opera. Iam is before iam. Cathi eller at i am mi, before you have a name and a provisional identity. If you want to know what that is, all you have to do is look at a baby, or somebody who's yet to understand social conditioning. A baby is joyful right? It has no reason.
