Time Travel Movies to Start a Ticking Clock

It's really hard for time travel movies to do that. And this one found a way so early in our time travel movie life. Like cause that lightning bolt cause only in it, they only will ever know one lightning bolt when it's coming. It gives us specific and such a hard thing to accomplish. I can't think of another one,. a time travel movie to start a ticking clock that is so viable.
