How to Cope With the Hottest Days

Dr. Anne Robinson gives her top tips for coping with the hottest days of the year. Minimum is six to eight glasses of fluid a day non-alcoholic fluid which is about 1.2 liters but obviously that will depend on how much you're sweating and what your body type is in general. Take cool baths or showers again it doesn't have to be freezing cold doesn’t have to be ice baths, sprinkle water over your skin so it can evaporate off. avoid sun we always say around midday but we don't mean just like 10 minutes from 12 noon to 10 past - whenever the sun is at the hottest.
