The man had no face. I don't mean it was burnt off or that I couldn't see his face. Just smooth, flesh, stretched over the place where his features should have been. The faceless doctor produced a needle and approached me. He pushed my head down and I felt the prick of a needle entering my neck. Moments later I was back asleep.
