Are You Eating Too Much Sugar?

In 99% of people I've come across over the years who are eating a lot of sugar they are not eating a healthy diet. Unless you are an athlete unless you are training intensely 10, 15 plus hours a week you are simply not going to be burning enough energy for both diets. So long as you get most of your daily calories from relatively unprocessed nutritious foods those are going to be foods that do not have sugar added to them ever basically fruits vegetables whole grains seeds legumes lean protein and so forth.
