How to Imagine a Future Together

I think there's something about us saying art as like a creation of other paradigms. We don't want to romanticize what that means because we can only do that stuff when we know how to at an interpersonal scale deal with tension, and so on. So we have to practice what that looks like. I've seen this first with the team themselves, like the team's grown over the last few years, the team's changed. It's another thing to have people who are like, I really want to do this as a job,. You know, like people show up in different ways, but also the proximity to the philosophy and the narrative is different.
