Product Management

Wicks has a federated model of having product management live within, you know, these different, different businesses y it. I think that's going to be a big challenge for them as they think about the growing o morebi distributed product management organization across the company. And i really like the wickskys when they talked about it, because it empowers a lot people, and really empowers those business units too, to have control and think of themselves as many businesses. But it does represent some challenges of things like reuse and, you know, advancement of craftye.
