Body language is really important. Some people adopt a an open and engaging body language very naturally, and some people don't. You need to understand the whey you are on that spectrum. Think about the callers that work well for a your for your culture, your country, where you are. Those that will inspire people to trust you and to a engage with you and to like you. And again, it's a bit about taking a leaf out of my book, but also using your social and emotional intelligence to find the best possible solution.
