A lot of the time when I go shopping for something, it's when my mood is impacted in a way where you know, I feel really anxious or stressed. It's a distraction and I'm going there hoping to get that immediate dopamine hit. And so it's a small change. But then you think, oh, there's like this huge setback financially where I've just spent a hundred bucks on a bunch of binders or sheet protectors Or things that are obviously not going to result in any change unless you actually use the tool.
