Product Managers

The product manager can really paint the picture fully for the team about what the customer situation is and the problems that they have. The team can take that on board in an epathetic way, and that's how you sort of get the team to be the customer in that as much as possible. A it's part of that hiring process when you're talking about the case study, and being able to work your way through that that's an large part, trying to figure out if they're going to help.
