The Legacy of the Calculus of Consent

Michael Munger: The calculus of consent is now rarely read in an economics graduate program. It's not read in most political science graduate programs, but the reason is that it had such a big impact. So, you may not always see it referenced by name, but if you look at the way that we talk about constitutions, much of the calculus of consent has become part of the standard toolkit.
