How to Fight for Your Users

I think I want to make my users life easier. When you look around, our lives are so busy these days and it seems like everything is screaming at us whenever we go. That's why I truly believe in minimalistic design style. Do you have a story of something really crazy or super awkward that happened during user testing? Most of our user testing that we do right now for the Rainmaker platform we do an interning in companies. We don't have a good story on that. Okay, no worries.
